    Work closely with the programming manager as well as Promotions and projects manager in implementing station promotions
    Produce a complete promotional brief / memo for the promotion to be followed and executed by presenters and digital teams
    Prepare the web or SMS entry mechanic in time for the competition entries to be collated, either online or via the SMS/ WhatsApp engine.

    Gain approval of station promotion.
    Brief copywriters, sound engineers and approve copy.
    Brief Digital promotions – check and manage promotions on twitter, Facebook and other social media engagements in line with station strategy.
    Brief relevant digital team to upload win page onto the web site – this would include web entry in certain instances, or just to oversee that web copy and visuals are correct according to the promotional brief.
    Work closely with TBC to ensure that campaigns are booked correctly

    Winner and Prize Portal:

    Ensure that prizes are delivered to East Coast Radio before the campaign starts
    Ensure that prize monies are paid to East Coast Radio before the campaign starts
    Receive and disseminate prizes to competition winners;
    Meet with Mediamark finance team regularly to ensure payments are done on time
    Pay winners every 2 weeks
