    Role Purpose

    Accountable for the development and implementation of the full integrated clinical outcomes-based value proposition for Health to create more health for more people for less.     Requirements

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the full integrated, outcomes-based client value proposition (CVP) in Health for scheme, insurance and complementary products.
    Facilitate and contribute to the take up of the Health CVP by all targeted clients in the segments.
    Ensure fit for purpose, competitive solutions design and development for segments client requirements whilst aligning to and executing the intent of the CVP and Health strategy.
    Ensure the operationalisation of the CVP and solution design in the business
    Collaborate with Marketing to ensure effective communication and marketing of solutions to the appropriate distribution channels and markets
    Collaborate with Operations and IT to effectively deliver the CVP and solutions to clients in Segments
    Ensure the appropriate actuarial support to segments and their clients.
    Ensure that the pricing of solutions are sustainable and competitive in the market.

    Deliver on clients needs for reporting the effectiveness of our CVP and solutions, clinical outcomes and scheme sustainability.

    Manage the Multiply capability to effectively implement and deliver the incentivised wellness reward strategy for all segments

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    The primary purpose of the role is the implementation and continuous improvement of the DevSecOps programme within Vodacom South Africa, ensuring alignment with the Cyber Health and Adaptive Risk Method (CHARM) control 14.2.5-A DevSecOps. In this role you will work within a team of DevSecOps professionals and collaborate with Secure by Design, Security and Enterprise Architecture and DevOps Teams to:
    Implement, operation and ongoing improvement of the DevSecOps Security Chapter and Champions model across technology Development teams to create the cultural shift that will underpin the DevSecOps capability.
    Implement automated scanning tools including SAST, SCA, DAST, and secret scanning and other more advanced security scanning capabilities.
    Establish and maintain Appsec vulnerability management processes, ensuring critical vulnerabilities are identified, reported, evaluated, prioritized and remediated, to continuously improve the Vodacom’s application security posture.
    Assist with the standardization and security approval of CI/CD toolchains, ensuring all development tools are compliant with policy, SPDA approved and integrated with ASPM (Application security Posture Management) tool and DevSecOps processes.
    This role will involve working with Busines unit, Cyber and IT stakeholders in Vodacom South Africa to implement and operate Cyber Security DevSecOps CHARM requirements – Some of these responsibilities may extend to collaboration with Group Cyber Security and other operating companies to ensure that cyber security controls are consistently applied across markets. 

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Culture – Security Champions Programme

    Implementation and ongoing management and improvement of the Security Chapter and Champions programme across technology teams.
    Ensure every agile DevOps/DevSecOps team has appointed Chapter Leads and Security Champions.
    Collaborate with DevSecOps Specialists and provide guidance to Cyber Security Officers to ensure they support Chapter Leads and Champions effectively.

    Drive the migration to a standardised CI/CD pipeline using an Enterprise selected and security approved toolset in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Platform Engineering.
    Discover, Identify and record all DevSecOps tooling being used by Development Teams across the organisation.
    Maintain an inventory of tools used across teams and ensure compliance with security policies.
    Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and Development Teams to embed security controls in the pipeline and design secure SDLC patterns. 
    Support the implementation of SPDA-approved software applications and extensions.  
    Identified and Discovered DevSecOps tooling should be integrated with ASPM tooling and channelled through SPDA, where applicable or retired for teams to move to approved tooling.
    Ensure security assessments are passed to and conducted by the Secure by Design on CI/CD pipelines to meet CHARM 14.2.5-A requirements.
    Provide guidance on secure tool usage and integration across development environments.
    Automated Scanning, Remediating, and Reporting of Vulnerabilities
    Assist with the implementation of automated scanning tools including SAST, SCA, DAST, and secret scanning.
    Support the rollout of scanning capabilities and ensure coverage across all teams.
    Collaborate with teams to define and implement vulnerability management processes.
    Develop and maintain real-time/near real-time vulnerability dashboards.
    Work with Chapter Leads and Champions to continuously improve security posture and maturity.
    Align vulnerability remediation with DevSecOps maturity to target a state where critical and high vulnerabilities are remediated prior to code release into production environments.
    Track vulnerability debt and ensure reduction targets are met.

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    3-year Technical Diploma/Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Engineering
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cyber Security role 
    Knowledge of common information technology management / compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, ISF, PCI DSS, OWASP, SANS etc.
    A deep understanding of Technology Security risks and mitigating solutions
    A diverse security background with knowledge and experience in three or more of the Security Domains including: Security Assessment and Testing; Software Development Security; Security Governance and Risk Management; Security Architecture and Engineering; Communication and Network Security; Identity and Access Management; Security Operations; Asset Security.   
    Specialist experience in either DevSecOps, Application Security, Security Architecture or Offensive Security will be an added advantage.

    Job Purpose:

    Responsible for ensuring that Genop Healthcare maintains high standards of compliance in accordance with the current ISO 13485 Standard for Medical Devices, as well as all Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics GxP Standards and other legal requirements

    Key Job Outputs:

    Assisting in the submission and final registration and/or listing of new Medical Devices with the SAHPRA, for the long-term growth and benefit of the Genop business.
    Assist in the maintenance and update of all dossiers, Medical Device files and listings and any other applicable licenses (e.g. Radiation Control) for all Genop products in South Africa.
    Assist to ensure that all Regulatory activities performed are following all the relevant provisions of the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965, and any other countries’ legislation where applicable.
    Understand and interpret government legislation and industry codes of practice relating to Regulatory Affairs, QA and Product Surveillance in South Africa.
    Providing any requested Regulatory documents or available Literature for Genop products to Port Health or Customs when requested, to ensure no delays in stock being made available for sale.

    Ensure that some QA and other relevant quality related SOPs are put in place and updated as per the renewal schedule, Co-ordinate some deviations as per the approved processes.

    Ensure that all reports of Adverse Events (AEs) received are logged and submitted to the relevant heath authorities, institutions and to the global suppliers as applicable.
    Manage and record all Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) or queries and customer returns, with the relevant stakeholders.
    PQCs and AEs are to be trended to identify recurring issues or ineffective CAPA’s.
    Request and file all Post Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) reports from the suppliers for any identified high risk Medical Devices.
    Ensure that all local AE and PQC trackers are always current and up to date.
    Ensure timely response and regular follow-up for any PQC or AE reports and queries.
    Ensure that the Genop “Product Quality Complaints” and the “Post-Marketing Vigilance” SOPs are in place and kept current and updated as per their renewal schedule.
    Ensure full understanding and implementation of the SAHPRA Guideline on Adverse Event and Post-marketing Vigilance Reporting for Medical Devices.
    Drive staff awareness of the ISO 13485 Standard and the specific requirements thereof as it relates to Medical Devices sold by Genop.
    Ensure that all medical queries received are actioned or referred to the appropriate person and responded to on time.

    Core Description

    Install, monitor, test and maintain Linux and Unix operating systems and infrastructure and to provide technical support and guidance through planning, implementation, analysis, diagnosis, and problem solving.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    Carry out assisted analysis and investigation, in collaboration with other employees and clients/users, operational requirements and problems in order to contribute to improvements in applications, data management, processes/procedures and business requirements. 
    Plan and monitoring utilisation and capacity for current and proposed infrastructure. Assist in investigating, diagnosing and resolving problems as directed. 
    Actively participate in investigations to discover root causes and progress of the implementation of remedial action. Under guidance, support in the analysis of incidents and problems to show trends and potential problem areas. 
    Active participation in and compliance to the change management system in accordance with agreed procedures 
    Manage changes to the live infrastructure, complying to procedures for the review of changes, analysing change records to determine trends and problems that occur, providing management information and statistics on the progress of changes 
    Participate in the execution of small-scale projects through the provision of effective support to the project team, minimising risks and ensuring projects are successfully completed as per budget, timeframes and agreed terms of reference. 
    Perform the full range of defined tasks associated with operating and controlling of installed hardware and software on a continual basis.  
    Fulfil diagnosis and investigations to recover or continue operations. Prioritise resolutions, monitor progress and apply escalation procedures for problems not progressing satisfactorily

  • Project Handover Manager (FTC)

    YOUR ROLE:

    Manage the handover process in accordance with the relevant sections of the Concession Agreement
    Assets must be catalogued, inventoried and reviewed for condition and presented in a document itemizing all assets
    Prepare and update the Handover Plan and Handover Programmes and submit to Customer
    Prepare and update the Handover Report and submit to Customer
    Manage the interface with the internal teams, suppliers, customer and management
    Manage handover process in accordance with Alstom process
    Drive handover strategy in conjunction with Alstom and customer key stakeholders.
    Lead handover to successful conclusion for Alstom and customer.
