    Inventory Tracking:

    Maintaining accurate daily records of stock levels, movements, and any discrepancies or usage variances using the specified inventory management systems. 

    Receiving and Storing:

    Receiving incoming materials timeously, verifying against planned production orders, and ensuring proper storage and availability for production lines.

    Dispatching:

    Preparing and sorting materials for dispatch to production lines, potentially including re-packing and labelling. 

    Logistics Support:

    Assisting with the logistics related to Raw material inventory, such as stock transfers, cycle counts and assisting with returns or collections. 

    Inventory Adjustments:

    Making necessary adjustments to inventory records due for returns to warehouse, blocked for scrap, or other factors. 

    Coordination & Communication:

    Working with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and quality control across various tasks which include but are not limited to:

    Verifying received goods against picking slip (SSR).
    Logging received stock into the inventory system in support of stores team.
    Review and clearance of variances in consumption
