    Purpose

    To welcome visitors and manage incoming calls, ensuring that each interaction is handled promptly, courteously, and with accuracy.

    Core Responsibilities

    Visitors

    Invoice & Documentation Management

    Maintain proper filing and matching of proof of delivery (POD) documents with relevant orders/invoices.
    Track and report any outstanding PODs to the Depot Supervisor.

    Delivery Scheduling & Coordination

    Arrange collection and delivery appointments with sub-contractors and couriers.
    Schedule delivery times with both customers and COD customers.
    Ensure a fully completed and signed POD is received for all dispatched goods.

    Cash Handling & Financial Transactions

    Receive and sign for COD payments collected by drivers and forward them to the Admin Clerk at the end of each day.
    Ensure signatures are obtained for all money transfers between depot personnel.
