    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Maintain updated talent pools, conduct 1st line interviews, and ensure strong candidate pipelines.
    Fully train new hires (Day 1 admin, Days 2–3 in kiosk) and provide continuous training during kiosk visits.
    Ensure kiosk staff are trained on new Flash products, services, and campaigns.

    Submit daily sales reports, monitor attendance registers, and compile weekly (every Monday) and ad hoc reports.
    Process expense claims correctly, monitor vehicle spend, and ensure they are submitted on time.
