    Entry Qualifications:

    Must be a Tanzanian citizen who is a holder of a Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Social Welfare, Psychology, Sociology, Guidance and Counselling, or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions with a good working experience of at least two (2) years in a related field.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Coordinate local community participation in matters relating to maintenance and development of roads.
    To conduct Social Impact Assessment (SIA) projects.
    To prepare resettlement plans.
    Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

    The Human Resources Office of Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) informs all Tanzanians with the following qualifications and who are ready to work at the Marine Storage Terminal Project (MST) at Chongoleani.

    1.0. Position – SECURITY LEAD (1 post)
    1.1. Qualifications: –

    Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
    At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Oil & Gas, construction, or
    Proven experience in managing security teams and security operations in remote or high- risk areas.
    Familiarity with Tanzanian security laws, community dynamics, and corporate security protocols.
    Prior background in the military, police, or licensed security firm is an added advantage.

    1.2. Responsibilities: –

    Develop, implement, and maintain effective site security plans, procedures, and protocols.
    Supervise and manage the daily operations of the security team, including contractors  and guards.
    Conduct risk assessments and site security audits; proactively identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
    Ensure full compliance with EACOP’s security policies and national legal requirements.
    Monitor and coordinate access control for personnel, vehicles, and visitors at project sites and offices.
    Collaborate with local law enforcement and community leaders to ensure a secure working environment.
    Investigate all security incidents or breaches, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
    Provide regular reports on security status, incidents, and recommendations to project management.
    Train and sensitize staff and contractors on emergency response and security awareness.
    Lead incident response efforts during emergencies, such as theft, protest, or unauthorized entry.
    Support HSE and Crisis Management teams during evacuations or security drills.
