    Responsibilities
    1.Channel Management
    Manage direct sales channels for the sale
    Ensure recharge availability for the 5G & Fixed Wireless Access devices (FWA) within assigned demarcation(s).
    Identify and formulate sales strategies to help drive gross addition device sales for the region
    2.Sales and Distribution
    Drive EBB Business distribution,
    Drive FWA and FTTx sales to ensure sales targets are met
    Ensure installation SLAs FWA & FTTx are met within assigned geographical demarcation.
    Collaborate with sales supervisors and cross functional leaders and peers to develop sales targets and strategies in to drive sales in assigned market or area
    Ensure regional outlets are productive
    3.Customer Complaint Resolution
    Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with relevant stakeholders where applicable
    Address staffing or manpower problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
    4.Customer Prospects
    Conduct Customer prospects directly or indirectly through team members, potential customers and other sales leads.
    Consult with potential customers to understand their needs, Identify and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs and share with relevant business leaders
    5.Trade Execution and Compliance
    Ensure adherence to compliance requirements of sales processes, policies and recovery of devices from noncompliant customers.
    Supervise health of device acquisitions and compliance on activations,
    Implement and execute sales plans as per plan first time right
    Implement agreed sales plans through timely monitoring and corrective action to drive desired business results
    6.Team Engagement and development
    Provide or facilitate ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales supervisors, Direct Sales Executives team to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained
    Continuously motivate the frontline employees through leadership by example
    Implement all action plans that will address hygiene issues etc. from employee feedback meetings or surveys
    Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
    Qualifications
    Bachelor of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification.
    Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales in Corporate & SME
    2 years of in-depth Sales and Marketing experience in the telecom/Devices selling/Corporate Sales/ Satellite TV industries or other related fields.
    with at least 2 years at middle management level handling independent businesses
    Category Understanding – Understanding the competition landscape within the OPCO – players, the market size, regulations, technologies used devices offered, spectrum used etc.
    Technology Understanding: Needs to understand solutions across HBB Products & Services. Should be able to guide and drive cross-functional teams.

    Load Control Services

    Carries out and controls aircraft weight and balance for all departures in accordance with airline requirements. Provides Captain with required information such as EZFW, load sheet and ensures the impact of any LMC transactions after FF are incorporated and amended where necessary to ensure down line accuracy of all signals prior to PD status.
    Records engagement times and other key milestone timings and uses information in determining accurate delay coding / reasons.
    Responsible for supervising the loading and off-loading of aircraft in accordance with the loading instructions, liaising with all departments and sections where required. Ensures that any loading deviation is authorised by the Duty Officer before the release of an aircraft.
    Responsible for preparing weight and balance documentation and documenting all key stage timings during the departure process.
    Ensure the correct flight file/AAA paperwork is filed in a format for auditing by both CAA, and all airlines as required.
    Communicate with above wing team, below wing team and airline flight deck and crews and monitoring of activities with the teams as necessary.
    Upon completion of the flight, all loading information to be sent/scanned to relevant airlines CLP, for CPM/LDM production.
    Completes all pre and post flight activities, and any other administrative requirements.
    Conducts safety briefings regularly at the beginning of the shift to ensure that all safety standards are known and adhered to.

    Duties:
    Provide a comprehensive and high-quality Meet & Greet service to all marhaba guests, to ensure customer experience is warm, welcoming and efficient. Welcome and assist the Meet & Greet and lounge guests as per operational procedures and marhaba standards.
     
    Meet & Greet – marhaba Services

    Meet, greet and escort passengers as per the laid down service standards (smile, address by name, cheerful outlook, briefing, grooming standards) in order to provide a quality service that projects marhaba and dnata’ s image as a service provider, in accordance with the service booked.

    Lounge Host

    Warmly welcome guests, attending to and briefing all customers using the lounge, including procedures for boarding and facilities available.  This is to ensure a convenient and pleasant stay at the lounge, followed by an on-time compliance with boarding formalities.
    Monitor usage and conditions of all items at the lounge, informing the Hosting Lead of any requirements, maintenance issues, sudden/required changes on lounges menu display, maintenance schedule, AC functioning, etc in order to ensure that the lounge facility is maintained to marhaba standards.
    Assist the Hosting Lead by making updates to the marhaba Lounge System with information of the service provided.
    Resolve customer issues pertaining to reservations, onward connections, etc in order to ensure minimum inconvenience to passengers and to safeguard the image of dnata and marhaba.
    Make regular walkarounds in the lounge and report all service shortfalls and potential customer grievances, in order to ensure timely investigation of incidents and effective service recovery. Where a service shortfall can be resolved on the spot, make every effort to do so.
    Responsible for daily sales including opening, closing, tallying and handover of daily sales report.
    Be knowledgeable about marhaba products and services available in location and across network. Promote and up-sell marhaba products and services to clients and passengers in order to maintain competitive advantage, thereby increasing business profitability.

  • MTT Preservation Supervisor at Seaowl

    * POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION: 
    The Preservation Supervisor reports functionally to the QC Lead and administratively to the Construction Quality Manager
     
    * MISSION AND JOB DIMENSION:
    The job holder has the responsibility of coordinating the day-to-day preservation activities of the allocated Lot construction quality staff and CONTRACTORs site works. They will ensure all preservation works are carried out using safe working practices and are completed in accordance with the project reference codes, standards, drawings and specifications.
     
    * ACTIVITIES:
    The Job Holder is responsible for:

    Directly supporting the EPcmC staff & the CONTRACTORs ensuring delivery of the Pipeline and associated AGI, MST facilities and EITS infrastructure are on-time and to budget.
    To provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such.
    Implement, use and communicate safe work practices on and off the project sites.
    Review of CONTRACTORs submitted preservation documents such as QCP’s, ITP’s, SOP’s and WMS’s
    Attend COMPANY CONTRACTOR quality audits and engage as directed.
    Monitor compliance with the COMPANY CONTRACTOR preservation document deliverables and data.
    Monitor CONTRACTOR implementation of the approved preservation plans and procedures.
    Attend specific preservation focused compliance audits/surveillance reviews as scheduled or necessary.
    Review equipment and material preservation plans that encompass receipt inspection, site storage, post installation, pre-commissioning and handover.
    Monitor & report on the activities of contracted 3rd party preservation entities (where applicable)
    Where applicable, confirm 3rd Party practitioners on site are suitably qualified in preservation processes.
    Expedite and report on the status of preservation performance against agreed Quality KPI’s.
    Maintain and update databases and record storage for preservation reports and compliance audits.
    Inspect critical materials & equipment and confirm they have monitored preservation records available
    Monitoring of installed equipment to ensure post-warehouse preservation requirements are maintained
    Attend regular scheduled project meetings as required and verify preservation metrics and KPI’s tabled.
    Work within a multi-cultural business framework and provide ethical and compliant support.
    Mentor exemplary behavior regarding HSE, Ethics and Company “Code of Conduct” policy.

     
    * REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    Competency and proven experience within Worley or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery
    Competency within industry applications such as Assure, OMIE, Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
    Demonstrated knowledge of construction compliance, risk controls and site HSE hierarchy
    A high focus on identifying and meeting the key project deliverables and quality objectives.
    Demonstrate proficiency in the interpretation of supplier, vendor documents, specifications and warranty
    Knowledge of auditing processes and ISO 9001
    Working knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO codes and other applicable codes and standards.

    Comprehensive understanding of on and off-site preservation methodologies and best practices
    Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA); data-driven decision, risk analysis, analytical reporting
    Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to articulate preservation concerns and solutions with teams consisting of individuals with various technical and educational backgrounds.
    Previous experience working with multicultural contractors’ and reporting their quality performance.
    Staff management experience (knowledge of mentoring and motivation techniques)
    Autonomous, self-motivated, and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to change or shifting priorities.

     
    * CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:

    The EACOP project includes a 1445km 24in oil export pipeline, 8 above ground facilities and a series of main line block valves and trace heating stations, and a green field marine terminal with an export jetty. 150km of feeder lines from Upstream facilities will tie-in to the EACOP project. The EACOP Project will be the largest privately led with Government participation transnational infrastructure project ever undertaken in East African region. The project overall tonnage is estimated at 500,000t of material and equipment.
    Behind the numerous technical (the longest electrically heat traced pipeline in the world), environmental and social challenges faced by the project, the Governments of Uganda and Tanzania agreed to develop EACOP in a fast-track mode. The project is aims for a Ready for Start-up (RFSU) schedule 39 months after FID.
    The Project context is complex with numerous Contractor and Package Manager interfaces within the Integrated Project Team, three partners, development in two countries new to oil development (Uganda and Tanzania), and the need for project development in accordance external financing requirements.
    The field-based positions are located at Contractor Accommodation camp & offices at Contractor Main Camp and Pipe yard locations in Tanzania. Position is on an 8×2 rotation, 6 workdays per week, 10-hour workdays involving routine monitoring at Contractor work sites within the area of responsibility.

     
    * ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Ensure compliance with Tanzanian rules, regulations, shareholder and governmental agreements, and standards relevant to project activities and project implementation in compliance with requirements in construction deliverables and site activities.
    Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory frame in pipeline construction related activities.
    Supporting and coordinating EACOP project teams processes.

     
    * QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

    Hold a mechanical inspector or plant inspector certification issued by a recognised international certification scheme such as ASQ / AWS / API or other Company agreed applicable qualification that support the preservation assurance management and compliant execution delivery of the onshore Pipeline and related AGI, MST facilities and EITS infrastructure scopes.
    A minimum of 12-year preservation inspection related working experience including at least 8 years’ proven work experience as QA/QC preservation supervisor or preservation engineer in the oil & gas industry.
    Previous Quality assurance/engineering experience and demonstrated knowledge/use of Quality tools/methodologies.
    8 years of technical preservation experience working within a cross-functional oil & gas pipeline project team supporting; engineering, interface, contractor construction and commissioning readiness.
    Experience with coordinating CONTRACTOR preservation programs
    Experienced in analysing welding & NDE metrics to report accurate KPI’s and potential non-compliance trends and status back to the Quality Lead and project management team
