    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Emergency Coordination: Coordinate emergency responses, including fire, medical, and security incidents, by communicating with first responders, employees, and management as required.

    Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with security personnel, management, and external agencies , providing updates on security incidents and ongoing activities.
    Educational Background:
    Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent.
    Professional Experience:
    Minimum five (3) years of operational experience  as a Controller,  in a security organization.

    3. Technical Documentation
    Proposals & BOQs: Develop technical sections for client proposals and bids, including detailed Bills of Quantities.
    Technical Reports: Prepare reports on energy yield analysis and provide optional financial modeling inputs.
    Tender Submissions: Contribute to RFPs by preparing specifications, compliance matrices, and detailed drawings.
    4. Installation & Commissioning Support
    Oversee subcontractor work, ensuring quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
    Develop protocols and verify system performance against design expectations.

    Qualification and experience
