    Proper management of the site’s confidentiality to visitors and non-TopStar personnel through your guards and assistants.
    When not traveling report for work as expected (Mon-Sat) and send your morning and evening reports to NOC on time (workplace will be directed by your supervisor)

    Reporting to the Geology Manager
    Key responsibilities

    Design, implement and lead work programs including regional geochemical surveys, regional geophysical surveys and exploration and resource definition drilling.
    Ensure that geological fieldwork is conducted following safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices, emphasizing a strong safety culture on-site and a care for communities within which we work.
    Conduct geological assessments, core logging, and field studies and guide the work of Exploration Geologists in field programs.
    Analyze geological data and interpret results to provide insights on controls on mineralization and the ability to collect data relevant to these controls.
    Prepare detailed geological reports or presentations, including findings, interpretations, and recommendations.
    Present complex geological data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Qualifications and skills:

    Bachelor’s degree in geology, a higher qualification is desirable but not a prerequisite.
    At least 7 years post qualification experience.
    Experience in drilling in complex environments
    Expertise in creating and using maps, cross sections and models to visualize geoscience data in 2D and 3D
    Good insights to structural geology, particularly in the context of rift systems
    Good knowledge of ore systems.
    Experience in using a GIS package and geological modelling package
    A good working  knowledge of any programming language (e.g. python) is desirable
    Some underground mining experience is desirable
