    Job Summary

    Responsibilities
     

    *Carrying out marketing activities to promote and recruit AMB clients for all product offerings.
    *Micro loans and Small medium enterprise loans – marketing activities, client screening, loan application, loan assessment, loan appraisal, credit committee, loan disbursement, monitoring and processing repeat loans.
    *To disseminate information on AMB Loan Products to clients.
    *Assists client with Loan application fill in and appraisal- Ensure that loan application both SME’s and Co-operatives loans are properly filled in and evaluated before sending to the Supervisor for his/her evaluation.
    *Loan management- Ensure that the loans are disbursed in accordance with the need and repayment capacity of the clients and follows AMB policies and monitoring loan utilization of the members to ensure good quality.
    *Recording and cash handling- Ensure that all transactions related to loans and savings are recorded properly and cash handling are managed in the good manner.
    *Training clients- Train the SME and Cooperative group leaders and all the members about their roles and responsibilities in the group.
    *Policies adherence- Ensure that all policies are implemented as per AMB Operations policy.
    *Problem solving- Solve the problem occurrence in the groups.
    *Reporting- Report to Supervisor issues occurring in the Cooperatives Groups.
    *Any other tasks are requested by the Supervisor.
    *Analyzing and maintaining operational data.
    *Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
    *Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
    *Research and create presentations.
    *Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional networks.

    Requirements
