    The position holder will report directly to the CEO. The executive assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters related to the CEO.
    The position holder must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
    Purpose of Role

    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    Experience

    A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting & assisting of the senior Executives.

    Skill

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
    Strong organizational and time-management skills
    High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

    Qualifications and experience:

    II Job Summary

    Key performance area

    Give assistant in handling the activities of the Society’s records and archives of the Society;
