    Description

    We’re seeking an experienced MRP Controller to manage the rotable repair cycle, ensuring spares are repaired, tracked, and available on time to minimise plant downtime.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure full compliance with all SHEQ requirements by identifying, reporting, and correcting unsafe conditions or incidents.
    Conduct regular Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) observations to promote a proactive safety culture.
    Attend meetings and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
    Process and manage rotable spares repairs in SAP, ensuring accurate tagging, documentation, and tracking through all stages of the repair cycle.
    Liaise with workshop foremen and external vendors to coordinate repair activities.
    Monitor and maintain accurate rotable stock levels and SAP records to ensure material availability in line with MRP rules.
    Manage repair requisitions, scrapping, and new installation advice to support smooth material flow.
    Perform annual stock counts, standby duties, and resolve customer queries related to rotable materials and data accuracy.

    Minimum Requirements

    Relevant NQF 6 qualification in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
    2–3 years’ experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (preferred).

    Job Description

    A Store Manager will lead a team of passionate associates in maximizing store sales/turnover, ensuring the stock loss benchmark is maintained and managing the administration of the store.

    Responsibilities

    Promote sales. 
    Manage stock, and control expenses to meet business targets. 
    Achieve and/or exceed the required targets that are set out for the store. 
    Use store resources effectively to maintain the productivity of the store. 
    Encompass a thorough knowledge of stock and management of policies and procedures. 
    Act as the custodian of all company policies and procedures to ensure standards are met. 
    Assume accountability for the management and the training of all staff. 
    Maintaining the company culture by treating staff in a respectful and professional manner. 
    Ensure all interaction with customers results in an above-average customer service level. 
    Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene store and staff accordingly to ensure that it adheres to the relevant laws and company standards. 

    Qualifications

    Matric / Grade 12, Mathematics an advantage 
    2 years’ experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role preferably in a similar retail  environment.
