    Key Responsibilities:

    Determine stock to be merchandised
    Ensure the correct stock is available in-store
    Check product quality, rotation, and pricing
    Set up products according to company standards
    Report customer issues and requests
    Maintain accurate merchandising records
    Monitor and report out-of-stock items to management
    Maintain knowledge of products and promotions
    Execute store calls according to the call cycle
    Advise the RSM on out-of-stock products

    Job Description
    Key Responsibilities: 

    Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc.).
    Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    A Grade 12 qualification.

    Must have 2-3 years Store Management experience.
    Must have experience in driving sales to increase store profit.

    Minimum 2 years appointed as Mine Overseer in a production environment
    Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation (i.e. MHSA, HSE, Labour etc.)
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite
    Valid driver’s license
    In possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness
