    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Rental Technician

    Ensure delivery, installation, and collection of rental equipment within company SLA and 4-hour turnaround time.
    Perform troubleshooting, fault-finding, and repairs on rental pumps and mattresses, including accurate completion of service job cards.
    Manage inventory of rental spares within the depot and conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes.
    Provide installation training to end users.
