    Duties and Responsibilities

Purpose of the EvaluationThe primary purpose of the evaluation is to prepare comprehensive findings, comprising ofSignificant stories of change, lessons learnt and recommendations that would allow MashambanzouCare Trust replicate and/or upscale a similar model in the targeted districts and elsewhere.The consultant’s work must be guided by six key criteria of evaluation:

    1. To clarify the relevence of the project relevent to context, (socio-economic,environmental).2. The body of work should focus on coherence, ascertaining if and whether the project fitperfectly to the needs of the targeted beneficiaries and community.3. The the evaluation should measure effectiveness of the project's achievement against the intended outcomes.4.
