Hapag-Lloyd is a financially stable company and is publicly listed on the Frankfurt, Germany stock exchange.This open position shall be on a permanent contract basis.   Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements 2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dynamic dashboards, and complex formulas.Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or internal reporting platforms.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.Job ResponsibilitiesGather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.Develop, automate, and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and advanced tracking tools for operational and leadership use.Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple sources.Prepare detailed periodic business performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) for leadership review.Support management with advanced, data-driven analysis to guide critical decision-making.Translate complex business problems into structured analyses, leveraging data to perform root cause analysis and scenario modelling.Design compelling visualizations, summaries, and presentations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, understand business processes, and ensure analytical solutions meet organizational needs.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmark performance, and proactively identify trends or gaps.Provide actionable recommendations based on insights, supporting continuous process improvement and operational excellence.Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data processes, driving efficiency across the team.As an organization,  We provide a robust training program.
